At Journey Kids, we believe that the Bible should never be boring, that worship can be really loud, and that good leaders always care. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure that these three things stick…

1. I need to make the wise choice! (wisdom)

2. I can trust God no matter what! (faith)

3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated. (friendship)

Key Question: What if kids trusted God more than anything, had meaningful relationships with people that believed the same things they do, and made wise choices regardless of what the world said?

The focus at Journey Kids is our small group environment. We want kids to see how God’s word fits in their lives, to learn how to talk with Him, and to build relationships that will last. That’s why it’s important to us that each child connects with the same friends, the same leader, at the same time– EVERY SUNDAY! Each week, children learn the monthly virtue, bottom line, and Bible story in a high energy and creative large group environment. Then, they return to their small group room and relate the lesson to their lives through a variety of activities.
